Shipping Policy-
What shipping company(s) are used? UPS, and US Postal Service, unless
otherwise specified. Please No PO Boxes!
When will I see my package?
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. We ship all orders promptly, most in stock items will ship 24-48 hours after your order has been received. Occasionally items are not in stock, if this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of items on back-order. On custom or special orders, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. We do not charge your credit card until items are shipped. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Refer to chart below. Alaska and Hawaii customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Applies to Continental US Ground shipping only. If an order is going to incur extra shipping charges we will contact via e-mail or phone before shipment to inform you of actual shipping cost.

Saddlery offers Store credit only with receipt, without a
receipt, last sale price.
Rick's Heritage
Saddlery Online Internet order customers will receive full
refunds.
Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
